2. Delivery Terms /Shipping Policy
All digital products are available via download immediately after purchase. Customers will receive an email with a download link.
Physical products will be shipped according to the terms listed for each individual product that includes the most up-to-date shipping information.
A complete billing address and phone number is required.
For physical products sold “in-house,” customers will receive a tracking number when the product is shipped.
Different shipping companies may be used depending upon which one is offering the best rates and service to your location.
We ship products globally, and have no control over local postal services or regulations, or details that may affect or delay shipping times such global pandemics, inclement weather, or other events outside of our control such as large ships getting stuck in canals.
Shipping for products that are sold via affiliate links is handled by the company or retailer who sells that product. Chest Freezer Cold Plunge does not receive any shipping or tracking information from third-party retailers for which it is an affiliate.
If an in-house item is lost or damaged during shipping, a claim will be filed by Chest Freezer Cold Plunge, and a new replacement item will be sent.
Customers are responsible for any and all duty, import, customs, VAT, or other charges or taxes that may be imposed by their local jurisdiction. Contact your local municipality to determine what (if any) fees may be added.

Chest Freezer Cold Plunge attempts to make all descriptions of products and services as accurate as possible, with great attention to detail. After three years, and hundreds of customers across the globe we have no complaints. That said, there may be errors or incomplete information on the description of some products. Chest Freezer Cold Plunge is not responsible for any liability, loss, personal injury, death, damage or expense that the customer may suffer after the transaction. DIY projects require skill and may have inherent risks. Cold water immersion is an inherently risky practice that may result in physical or emotional damage or death if not done correctly. Modifying or using any device appliance or material that is outside of its intended purpose also carries a risk of damage to the product or material as well as personal damage or death to any individual. Chest Freezer Cold Plunge holds zero liability or responsibility for any damage, loss, injury, or death.
7. Dispute Clause
Any dispute relating to any activity on Chest Freezer Cold Plunge or the purchase of any products offered on or through the Chest Freezer Cold Plunge website shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Hays County, Texas, USA. This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hays County, Texas, USA.

10. Refund Policy
Because of the value and nature of the digital information offered, and that all in-house products offered are made only after you order, all sales are final. Do not buy anything from this website unless you have already done all of your planning and are 100% certain that you want what you buy. No refunds or cancellations are accepted. The only exception to this is if the Postal Service loses a physical product that is sold in-house, in which case Chest Freezer Cold Plunge will file a claim and provide the customer with an option of a refund or a replacement.
